  • kategori HACKS FOR GIRLSCheck out these awesome ways to repurpose your old tights and stockings!Emergency hair tie This is a great travel hack: snip the leg of a pair of stockings into 0,8 in widths and use these to keep unruly hair out of the way while you get on with saving the world. The waistband section of stockings can also be snipped out to make a simple head band (useful for keeping your fringe out of your eye when gardening, cooking etc.)Rescue small items If you're hunting around your house for a lost earring or bobby pin, stretch the leg from an old pair of tights over the end of your vacuum cleaner and hoover and secure with an elastic band. Vacuum around the area where you dropped your item and it will be picked up without being sucked into the machine! Polishing/cleaning clothsKeep one with your wood polish/olive oil for cleaning up furniture, chuck one in the shower for removing soap scum off the tiles and glass, and use a ball of stocking material to apply shoe polish.Make an onion/garlic ropeKeep your onions and garlic dry and ventilated by keeping individual onions/garlic heads tied up inside their own section of stocking!TIMESTAMPS:2:15 Emergency hair tie2:58 Rescue small items 3:51 Make an onion/garlic rope4:26 Phone filter8:48 Embroidery hoop decoration12:28 Plastic bottle earrings----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/5min.crafts/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/5.min.crafts/Twitter: https://twitter.com/5m_craftsSubscribe to 5-Minute MAGIC: http://bit.ly/2ldditZSubscribe to 5-Minute Crafts GIRLY: https://goo.gl/fWbJqzSubscribe 5-Minute Crafts KIDS: https://goo.gl/PEuLVtThe Bright Side of Youtube: https://goo.gl/rQTJZz----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------For more videos and articles visit:http://www.brightside.meMusic by Epidemic Sound: https://www.epidemicsound.com/ This video is made for entertainment purposes.
